Pilots are tailored to your needs, and typically are designed to address a real business need with an engagement of limited scope and objectives. Pilots are often versions of project workshops or portfolio sweeps. All pilots include hosted software so that you can try out the system and determine how it will best fit your organization.
Following the pilot you have an option to install your own system, continue to purchase hosted services, or to use what you have learned from the pilot without purchasing the software.
