SmartOrg Inc. Appoints Business Development Manager, U.S. Eastern Region

Menlo Park, CA — January 18, 2005 (For Immediate Release) — SmartOrg Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Bennett Croasdale to the newly created position of Business Development Manager, Eastern Region. Mr. Croasdale brings over 20 years of experience in sales and account management to SmartOrg's sales and marketing organization.

Prior to joining SmartOrg, Mr. Croasdale managed domestic and international accounts for Stage-Gate® Inc. (SGI), a company providing process improvement products and services to product development organizations. He previously held major account management responsibilities with Autodesk® Inc.

During his two decade career, Mr. Croasdale has served domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, including financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer products.
