SmartOrg Names Chief Software Architect

MENLO PARK, CA, 10 February 2005 (FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) — SmartOrg Inc, today announced the promotion of Grant Steinfeld to the position of Chief Software Architect.

Mr. Steinfeld joined SmartOrg in February 2004 as Director of Software Engineering. Prior to joining SmartOrg, he was a co-founder and chief architect of AgentIdea Consulting, technical manager of the Jefferies-Helfant Group, and vice president, Futures and Options Technology for Prudential Financial.
