Pilots — try it before you buy it |
If you are unsure how Portfolio Navigator will function within your company; if you need to demonstrate the value to a broader audience; or if you would like to have an opportunity to see how the system might be configured to better suit your needs, consider a pilot. You can do it quickly. There is little risk and you obtain immediate value.
Pilots are tailored to your needs and are typically designed to address a real business need with an engagement of limited scope and objectives. Pilots include hosted software so you can try out the system and determine how it will best fit your organization. Following the pilot you have an option to install your own system, continue to purchase hosted services, or to use what you have learned from the pilot without purchasing the software.
Project workshops |
Workshops facilitated by SmartOrg consultants help you identify and resolve issues while having important stakeholders at the table, including senior management, project leaders, and content experts. The process encourages participants to engage in meaningful conversations about value and strategic direction as well as where and how to mitigate downside risk and capture upside value.
